February 2, 1939 to June 24, 2023
Frank Marlbrough passed away in the morning on June 24, 2023 due to complications from pneumonia. He had been surrounded by family the prior couple of days. Frank entered the Air Force in 1957 and served at bases in Camp Parks and Hamilton Air Force Base both in California. After receiving an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, he began his 30+ years career with Elwell Trucking in San Francisco.
Upon his retirement from Elwell Trucking, he then became employed for Elwell/Hunt Installations in October 1987 through February 1992 on the Hawaiian Islands of Maui and Lanai. Upon returning to the mainland, he became engaged and married to Elaine Engel, in December 1992, whom he met on a blind date on September 8th, 1980.
Frank is survived by his wife Elaine, daughters Linda Martin (Robert) and Frankie Mitchell, Grandsons Jeremy Mitchell (Georgia) and Travis Mitchell (Zoe), Great granddaughters Jennessa Boutte Martin and Ella Mitchell, Great grandsons Alastair, Sayde, Tatum, and Zane. Also survived by brothers Robert (Mary) and Jerry (Michelle), Teri Dodd (sister-in-law) (Bryan) and several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Frank was preceded in death by Theodore Marlbrough (Father), Mary Marlbrough (Mother), Ted Marlbrough (Brother) and Jeffrey Martin (Grandson).

He has been my love for almost 43 years, over half of my life. Never, ever will I go on another blind date in my life. He is my forever. So many great memories we created together that included our love for both of our families and the 25+ wonderful cruises that we shared together
